If you try to sell any of these things then eBay will remove the auction and all bids will be void. Almost everything is on the list is because there is no law against the sale. Some reasons, however, are a bit strange. The entry ’signed articles, for example, does not mean you can not sell anything that has been autographed – it just means you can only sell if it comes with a certificate of authenticity. The entry ‘artifacts’ that prohibits the sale of Native American graves; “celebrity material ‘means you can not sell unauthorized photos of celebrities,’ embargoed goods means” you can not sell anything that comes from Cuba .. . on and on it goes, and most of those who never need to know. If the selected element appears to be on the list, however, and worries that can not sell, then check the full list http://pages. ebay. / help / policies / items-ov. html to see if the item is banned entirely or only a few restrictions. eBay remove the items said that it believes violate copyright law, but do not really have that many people to monitor the site. In general, we found only withdrawing the auction, if someone decides that the report – and still can not move it. In fact, the buying and selling eBay can sometimes feel more complicated than it really is, thanks to all the rules surrounding it – not to mention the jargon.
